For all order changes, email eternitygiftskeepsakes@gmail.com for approval. A $10 fee applies for any changes plus any incremental difference if the change results in a higher priced item.

Keepsake jewellery is cherished by people from all walks of life. Parents, partners, family members, and friends often purchase these pieces as gifts to honour love, memories, and life's precious moments. Some families create keepsakes for each child, and memorial pieces are also created for loved ones and beloved pets who have passed.

For resin items, send ¼ teaspoon of ashes per item. For Mevisto ruby or sapphire, 50–100g of ashes are needed. Breastmilk: 5–10ml for several items. Hair: 3–4cm lock for resin items, 10g for Mevisto. Dehydrated placenta/umbilical cord: depends on how much you want to insert.

Standard production is approximately 4–8 weeks from receipt of inclusions. More intricate designs may require up to 12 weeks. A Priority Processing option is available for an additional fee, moving the order to the front of the queue for dispatch within 2–3 weeks.

Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, store in a cool, dry place when not being worn, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve clarity and colour.

Returns are not accepted due to the personal nature of each piece. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced once returned. Cancellations are only accepted before inclusions are received (with a $10 fee). After inclusions are received and the process has started, a $40 cancellation fee applies. Once the process is completed and the piece is queued or in production, no cancellation is accepted.

Yes, international shipping is offered. Inclusions must be sent at the customer's expense. All prices are in AUD. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.

When ordering a gift voucher, select the desired amount and leave in notes at checkout: "To:", "From:", and an optional message for the card. All gift vouchers have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.
