Our Story

OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Choose your keepsake

Select your treasured keepsake and place your order through our website. Secure payment options include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Afterpay. We proudly ship worldwide and welcome international orders.

Step 2: Send your inclusions

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to package and send your inclusions, along with our postal address. Send us your precious inclusions, such as ashes, breast milk, and locks of hair. When your special parcel arrives, we will send you an email to let you know it has been safely received.

Step 3: We create your stone

After we received your precious inclusions, we will start work on your keepsake. This step can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Step 4: Preview your piece

We will send you a sneak peek photo before we proceed to complete your order.

Step 5: Delivery

Once your keepsake has been carefully completed, it will be shipped using your selected postage option, including tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. Any unused ashes, breast milk, hair, or other inclusions will be returned with your order. You will receive your Australia Post tracking details directly to your inbox as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Step 6: Cherish Your Story

Your unique keepsake is now part of your journey—a timeless reminder of the love, moments, and memories you hold close to your heart.
