⚠️ Important Note — White & Very Light Blonde Hair

Some shades of white and very light blonde hair can appear almost invisible once preserved in resin. To help determine whether your hair will be visible in your finished keepsake, we recommend the following simple test:

Place a small strand of hair underwater. If you can still see the hair when submerged, it is likely to remain visible in your finished jewellery. However, if it becomes difficult to see, the final result may appear very subtle within the resin.

1. Place Your Order
   Start by placing your order and selecting the keepsake design you'd like us to create for you.
2. Receive Instructions
   Once your order is placed, we'll send you all the information you need, including the address and simple instructions for sending your inclusions.
3. We Receive Your Package
   As soon as your inclusions arrive safely with us, we'll let you know. Your keepsake will then be carefully handcrafted, with a creation timeframe of up to 15 business days.
4. Preview Your Keepsake
   Before your order is shipped, we'll send you a photo of your finished keepsake so you can see the beautiful result before it arrives at your door.
5. Secure Packaging & Delivery
   Your keepsake will be carefully packaged and posted to you. Any unused hair, fur, or inclusions will also be safely returned with your order.
