⚠️ Important Note — White & Very Light Blonde Hair
Some shades of white and very light blonde hair can appear almost invisible once preserved in resin. To test: place a small strand of hair underwater. If you can still see it when submerged, it will likely remain visible in your finished keepsake. If unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to help.

- Place Your Order — Select your personalisation options and place your order.
- Receive Instructions — We'll send you all the details including our address and simple instructions for sending your pet's fur or inclusions.
- We Receive Your Package — Once your inclusions arrive safely, we'll notify you. Your pendant will be carefully handcrafted within up to 15 business days.
- Preview Your Keepsake — Before shipping, we'll send you a photo of your finished pendant so you can see the beautiful result first.
- Secure Packaging & Delivery — Your pendant is carefully packaged and posted to you. Any unused fur or inclusions are safely returned with your order.
